How fast does COS Water Damage Restoration respond to water removal calls in Farley?
Our Farley dispatch target is 60 minutes or less from your call to a crew on site, around the clock, every day of the year including holidays. Local crew staging makes this consistent — we don't route Farley emergencies through a regional dispatch center hundreds of miles away. Call +1-844-499-0972 and your dispatcher will confirm the current estimated arrival time before the call ends.
What types of water events does COS Water Damage Restoration handle in Farley?
Our Farley team handles all water removal scenarios: storm flooding, burst and frozen pipe failures, basement and crawlspace flooding, sump pump failures, sewage backups and overflows (Category 3), appliance malfunctions (dishwasher, washer, water heater, refrigerator), and commercial facility water events. Each category requires different equipment and protocols — our Farley crew is trained and equipped for all of them.
Does COS Water Damage Restoration handle sewage and contaminated water removal in Farley?
Yes. Category 3 water events — sewage backups, sump overflows, groundwater intrusion — are handled with full biohazard protocols: appropriate PPE, containment barriers, specialized extraction equipment rated for contaminated water, and regulated disposal procedures. Standard water extraction equipment and techniques are not appropriate for contaminated water events, and we never cross-use equipment between categories.
Will COS Water Damage Restoration provide a price estimate before starting water removal in Farley?
Yes, always. Emergency response doesn't mean we skip the estimate conversation. On arrival at your Farley property, our crew assesses the scope, prepares a written Xactimate-based estimate, and reviews it with you before placing a single piece of extraction equipment. The number you approve in writing is the number on your invoice — no exception.
Does COS Water Damage Restoration help with insurance for water removal in Farley?
Yes — insurance documentation begins from the moment our crew arrives at your Farley property. Pre-extraction photos, water category documentation, volume estimates, and equipment deployment records are all standard parts of our arrival process and become the foundation of your claim file. Our claim coordinators file the first notice of loss, communicate with your adjuster, and follow the claim through to settlement.
What happens after the water is removed from my Farley property?
Immediately after extraction, our Farley crew transitions to structural drying setup — deploying LGR dehumidifiers and air movers in a calculated configuration to begin drawing moisture from structural assemblies before the 24-48 hour mold risk window opens. Moisture mapping at the extraction phase identifies all affected areas, and the drying plan covers the complete scope — not just visible wet surfaces.
